Linda has been making chocolates for more than 10 years, having established Wild Patch Chocolates in 2006 after a career in teaching. With the opening of Wild Patch Retreat in 2011, guests enjoy hand-made chocolates, home-baked bread and luxury accommodation, and can take in a class of chocolate making during their stay!
